Privacy collection notice

When you place an order with us we will record your name, relevant addresses, contact and payment details as required to confirm, bill and deliver your order.

Your personal information will be treated as confidential and it will be accessible only by those who need the information for administration purposes.

We will provide your name and address details to our distributor who will use these details only for the purpose of mailing your order to you.

In order to facilitate this service, your personal information may be shared with third party providers (for example, automated email services) that are based overseas and use overseas-based servers. If this occurs, any personal information that is disclosed overseas may not be subject to the requirements and protections of the Australian Privacy Principles. If you provide us with personal information for this purpose, it will be taken that you consent to the possible overseas disclosure of your personal information.

If we publish something similar that we think will be of interest to you, we will send you information on those related products.

You can request to access details held about you by CSIRO Publishing, or to be taken off our mailing list at any time.
